Isabella Wouters grew up in Orange County, California and is extremely connected to her European heritage. She has grown up going to Croatian school and listening to Flemish around the house from her Belgian father. She is a passionate, and adventurous person with a dream of moving to New York City to pursue her dreams.

She found her love and passion for theater in kindergarten when she performed in her first musical Hans Christian Anderson as a swan. From that moment on she never wanted to leave the stage. She would spend her free time creating dances and shows in her backyard and forcing her brother and friends to join in. Isabella has continued to train, taking voice lessons, dance, and performing in community and school theater productions. She will graduate from UCLA’s TFT Program this year.

Isabella is also extremely eager to seek nonprofit work in underprivileged communities across the globe. She has always had a sense of adventure, loves exploring new places and learning about different cultures. She would like to combine her Musical Theater major and Global Health minor by creating a nonprofit that provides underprivileged children the opportunity to explore their lives through the arts. She believes strongly in the powerful ways music can heal.

She hopes that her drive for performance and zeal for world change will forge her path to help improve the world, one song at a time.
